2. We shoot the property, inside and out.

How to prepare before the appointment

Think of a Realvision shoot as the busiest open house you've ever hosted. Prepare the property to show to hundreds of visitors who will walk through the property online, without ever needing the homeowner to vacate.

Remove all clutter and hide it out of sight.
Stage the home to your liking, to perfectly show off the property's personality.
Thoroughly clean the property and make all minor repairs.
Remove pets or ensure they're contained.

What to expect during the appointment

Our photographer follows a highly standardized procedure to capture the property.

Budget for 1 hour for every 2000 square feet.
A single photographer will be responsible for capturing the whole property.
We use professional DSLR cameras specially equipped for 3D capture.
There is no separate floor plan measurement or 3D scanning process. Everything is created straight from the photos!

3. Photos delivered next business day.

The photos we capture at the appointment are uploaded into our computer vision processing platform and turned into a 3D model of the property. From this, we generate professionally edited still photos, floor plan with dimensions, and a 3D virtual tour.

Need more photos? Since we capture everything upfront, simply let us know if you need some new or tweaked angles and we can generate them. No revisit necessary, no extra charge.
